United States Shipping
We offer shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) to destinations in the United States. Packages will be issued a tracking number which can be found in the email sent when your order ships. Non custom orders usually ship within 48 hours (typically within 24) after being placed Monday – Friday (Except Holidays, or otherwise stated).
USPS Priority Mail packages include $50 of insurance. USPS Priority Mail Express includes $100 of insurance.

U.S. Military Addresses
Due to the nature of certain military destinations tracking information may not be available, and packages may take longer than expected to arrive.
We ship Worldwide!
We use the U.S. Postal Service for international parcels via First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. Due to customs holding packages delivery times are estimated. It may take longer than expected to receive your package. Most packages will be issued a tracking number, however some tracking information may not be completely accurate to the packages current location.
*We do not ship to ship forwarding companies when payment is made via Credit Card.
Duties, Taxes, Import Fees
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs might be prior to ordering. Also note if your package gets stuck at customs in your country, it is your (the buyer) responsibility to sort out any issues. Usually your package will show up, but just not on the date specified for delivery.
Tracking information is emailed to the buyer after package has shipped. We offer several ways to track your package. One via a tracking link within your confirmation email, and also on our website under “Track Order”. You can also find the tracking option in your user account.
The First Class International shipping method is the cheapest, but because of this it is also the least secured and tracking information is not always accurate. Use this shipping method at your own risk!
Insurance & Signature Confirmation
Orders over $500.00 must be insured for the full value, as well as signature confirmation. These extra fees are included into the total shipping cost.
Unverified or Incomplete Addresses
We are not responsible for shipping charges from packages that are returned to us because of an incomplete/unverified address. If your package has been returned please email us, and we will be more than happy to resend your package with the correct address after shipping charges have been paid.
Orders marked as shipped may not physically be shipped until the next business day if the carrier has already picked up for the day. We work late and sometimes finish orders later in the day, but they cannot be physically shipped until the following business day.
Shipments marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, but are missing are not our responsibility. It is the buyers responsibility to file a claim with the US Postal Service. Most packages are issued $50.00 standard insurance.
