Our premium Clear 1/4″ 3:1 heat shrink in a 4ft piece! We’ve tested and found the best Clear heatshrink to be used in cable sleeving! Our ultra clear heat shrink easily lets you view the sleeve underneath so you have a better knowledge of when the sleeve is properly melted. This is due to its incredibly thin wall. However, even with its thin wall, this heatshrink is durable enough to stand up to high heat without disintegrating away before the sleeve has properly melted. Thanks to our Teleios PET sleeve having a semi-low melting temperature this makes it a perfect pair! You can also either use a torch or lighter! We’ve tested a torch operating at around 1022 degrees Fahrenheit and the results were phenomenal! Unlike using Black heat shrink which leaves residue on your fingers, this Clear heatshrink leaves no visible residue!

The ability to see exactly the progress on the melting of the sleeving makes this stuff far superior to regular black heat shrink. Once you know what you’re looking for while melting, it will be hard for you to make mistakes again.

Yeah the black stuff is a lot cheaper but I love the clear since you can see how the melting process is going with your lighter. No guess works here. Peels off easy too after you’re done with the melt.

This is far superior than typical black heatshrink. The transparency lets you clearly see how much the sleeving has melted before you cut it off and waste it when you see it didn’t melt the sleeving enough on the wire. It’s perfect size for anything 16 and up (in my experience) and has a great shrink ratio. You could buy more for less with black 2:1 heatshrink, but I really, really like this one. I usually dont buy something premium when it’s something like this that is just disposed of immediately after using, but it makes sleeving that much less of a headache so its completely worth it to me. It’s what I’ll personally keep using until MFC comes out with a transparent 4:1, haha.
