Great combsI was a little leery after seeing some of the reviews of these saying they will ruin the sleeving but I never really had a problem. My suggestion is to run each wire into the comb individually and THEN put the connectors on... I will admit the edges could be chamfered and that would solve a lot of problems people seem to have with them. Without the chamfering it does make it very easy to screw up some sleeving if you aren't careful. So, take your time and you should be good! I was using 16awg wire and the 4mm Teleios sleeve.

Poor designI bought these thinking they would look awesome, which they do. But the sharp edges make it almost impossible to use these with sleeved 16 guage wires, especially the fat ones on my EVGA power supply. Also, the anodizing seems to rub off quite easily. After getting all the wires through after many attempts, a noticable amount of the anodizing had warn off. They do look great in the bag though.

Great Selection! These combs are some of the best that I have ever used. The craftsmanship is outstanding and they fit the cabling perfectly! Will never again go back to plastic cable combs.

Keep the color selections coming as mods tend to be in a wide variety of colors. The natural, red and black are great but don't forget about blue or green.

Great Combs, Need More StockThis is my first custom sleeving job I've tackled, so I don't have any experience with any other comb. However, I don't know how I could ever go to any other cable comb after working with these. They offer a stunning look in comparison to rather cheap looking plastic combs and I haven't had any issue slipping my cables through them. Perhaps it's beginner's luck that I haven't snagged any sleeve yet, but I'll mark it up to a great product instead.

My only complaint is that at the time of writing this review I am sorely needing some 8 pin connectors in the red finish or practically any black combs and the supply has been depleted for a while. Although that in itself should be a testament to the quality of these combs.

First ill say they look great ,but there is a big flaw in these , the way the holes are , are lack of full holes!this has been a f!#@$@% !pain in the ass , you have to make sure if you are using 16 Gage wire the your sleeving is tight , and that might not be good enough if your wire has thicker insulation . i did my first sleeving job and it came out nice and then put the comb on , and that was all she wrote! it destroyed my sleeve job to the point that i had to buy all new materials and i was so pissed i just waited awhile to do it again , and i did that today , this time it only destroyed 4 wires instead of the whole harness but i am not done i need to move it up the harness and it is damn near impossible , i am probably going to throw it in the trash and that sucks because i think they look awesome ..and its really a easy fix , the holes need to be full circle for each wire , as it is now the sharp points of the clover style cuts ,grab the sleeve and shreds it, and it will do it on the smaller wire but not as much i was so damn pissed i literally spent hours trying to get a few wires to not snag! finally rather then pull all the wires out i took the ones that were snagging stripped the sleeving on that end and stripped the wire to the copper then took shrink tube and recover the wire so it made a smaller dia and resolved it and finally got it through the damn comb ..i do not recommend these unless you use small wire and don't have the impulses to throw your pc through the window because you so damn pissed over this one piece ..i hate giving bad reviews and even more so on a product that i think can be awesome , but it cost me a shit load of time and some money .. i have the chain gun style ones from here as well im going back to those at least they break before it destroys your work ..

Hey Guys once again! Just cannot resist in writing another review for these Cable Combs! I have been doing a custom Corsair 900D build, my main theme for my build is green/black and although it is mainly that colour my mobo is a ASUS ROG Z97 board with that sweet touch of ASUS red! Hence my order for these cable combs in red! I must say the finish and machined quality of these products are superb! I love the look and quality of the product! They are a perfect fit over my freshly sleeved cables, and add that slight contrast to go along with the red parts from the mobo. I'm well chuffed with my purchase and thank you once again Mainframe Customs.

I have only recently begun sleeving my own cables. I'm new to this whole field, I admit.
I purchased a set of these for my cross-desk G3 build. (Game Rage Reviews Rig - G3)
I started with the 24 pin. The material is fairly soft. It's soft enough that I actually bent the 24 pin comb into a contorted mess purely by accident, when trying to reset one of my newly sleeved wires into it. I am strong and have large hands, so this might not be everyone's experience. I was able to get the comb back to its original shape with s little effort and a Gerber multi-tool. The teeth in the pliers of the multi-tool left some scoring (scarring, lines, whatever) on the top and bottom face of the metal. I was careful not to scar the rounded exterior of the comb.

The 24 pin should come with a small warning saying "too much force can deform this product" or something along those lines. Again this could be purely my fault. Unfortunately if you can't bend the comb back yourself, you can end up destroying most of your newly sleeved wires, forcing you to start from scratch...again.

I haven't tried the 6 and 8 pins yet... so I'll let you know.
