Pre-Cut & Stripped Wire – Single

Save time in sleeving your whole power supply or making your own extensions with these pre-cut, and stripped wires! Made from our premium 16AWG or 18AWG wire made right here in the U.S.A. for unmatched quality. Our 16AWG wire has an outer diameter of only 1.9304mm because of its thin insulation making it easy to crimp with and also sleeve!  Both diameters are also made with a Simi Rigid PVC insulation which creates the rigidity needed for proper crimps. On top of that, the stranded copper wire is also coated with tin which not only protects the copper wire from corrosion but makes it easy to solder with when making double wires.

Cut to the length specified, these wires save you a lot of time having to measure and cut wire. These wires are also stripped at each end at 3mm, so all there is to do is crimp terminals on them and sleeve. Each wire comes in a single quantity, so you can specify which wires at what length you need and how many. This is important when you need different wire lengths for specific setups and cables.
