Here are a few things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from MAINFrame Customs.
- You must contact us within 30 days of purchase and receive return authorization before sending back your items. You must have a valid order number, or proof of order.
- Products must be in the original condition/packaging including any manuals or accessories.
- Refunds will be issued to the payment type that was used when the original order was placed. Please allow up to 3 business days for the return to be processed, and for the payment to appear in your account once the item is received.
- All shipping charges including our shipping cost with “Free Shipping” are non refundable.
- Shipping costs associated to send the items back to us are the buyers responsibility.
- Some items are non returnable (see list below).
- If we receive a return that does not follow these requirements we are not obligated to issue the refund, or to return the items back to you.

If you receive your order, and there are items that do not match what was ordered please contact us and we will make arrangements to issue an exchange, or refund including shipping both ways.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Damaged items must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your order to grant return authorization. Please contact us immediately is your order arrives damaged.
- Defective items that carry a manufacturers warranty must be dealt with the manufacturer.
Non Returnable Items
- Sleeve including our Teleios 4mm/8mm, and our Coreless Paracord cannot be returned.
- All wire cannot be returned
