If an event you would like to return your item we make the process as easy and stress free as possible.

  • You must contact us within 30 days of the ship date that you would like to return your item. You must have a valid order number, or proof of order (Name or email will work as well).
  • Products must be in its original condition/packaging including any manuals or accessories.
  • A full refund will be issued to the payment type that was used when the original order was placed. Please allow 1 – 3 business days for your return to be processed, and for the payment to appear in your account once the item is received.
  • All shipping charges including our shipping cost with “Free Shipping” are non refundable.
  • Shipping costs associated to send the items back to us are the buyers responsibility. On most occasions we will let you keep the item if the item cost is lower than the shipping cost!

Incorrect/Defective Items

If you receive your order, and there are items that do not match what was ordered and or missing please contact us and we will make arrangements right away to send out the correct item. We will pay shipping for items that are a result of our error!

Non Returnable Items

  • Only custom items such as our Custom Full Length Cable Kits, and Custom Extension Cables are non returnable. In the event that the item is defective we will do everything right to fix the issue.
